2. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on fatso.co.in are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. No additional tax is added at checkout.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery serviceability. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
In the event of a pricing error (e.g., a product listed at ₹0 or significantly below its actual price due to a technical glitch), we reserve the right to cancel those orders and refund the amount paid. We will notify affected customers promptly.
Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details, UPI credentials, or net banking passwords on our servers. All payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
3. Product Information & Accuracy
We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, ingredients, and nutritional information as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or presentation may occur between the website images and the delivered product due to screen settings, seasonal ingredient variations, or batch differences.
The ingredient list, allergen declarations, nutritional information, net weight, and best-before date printed on the physical product label are the final authority. Always check the delivered pack before consumption, especially if you have food allergies.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from this website without our prior written consent.
8. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, photos, feedback, or other content to us (via email, social media tags, or any other channel), you grant Fatso a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove user-generated content that is offensive, misleading, defamatory, or violates any applicable law. We are not obligated to publish every submission.
9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
