Dispatch
In-stock orders usually leave our counter within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after the daily cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

- Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Other urban locations: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
- Remote and special-service pincodes: 5–9 business days after dispatch.
Charges
Standard shipping is calculated from the delivery pincode and order weight. Eligible orders at or above ₹999 ship free after discounts. Extra charges for remote zones, COD, or oversized party orders are shown before you pay.
Tracking and address changes
We send tracking when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Contact hello@fatso.co.in immediately for an address change. Once dispatched, rerouting may not be possible.
Delays and failed delivery
Please provide a complete Indian address, landmark where useful, reachable mobile number, and correct six-digit pincode. Re-shipping after an incorrect address, repeated failed attempt, or refused delivery may require a new delivery fee.
Heat, rain, and happy packs
We pack treats for normal transit, but extreme heat or rain can affect appearance. Bring the parcel indoors promptly and follow storage instructions on the label. If the pack arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours.
