04Where can I see ingredients and nutrition?

Each product page lists ingredients, declared allergens, nutrition, weight, and storage guidance. The label on the delivered pack is the final authority.

05What is the shelf life?

The best-before date is printed on each pack and can vary by recipe and batch. Contact us if you need a minimum remaining shelf life for a party or bulk order.

06How should I store my treats?

Keep packs sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and determined snack thieves.

07Do you deliver across India?

We serve eligible Indian pincodes. Metro delivery is usually 2–4 business days after dispatch; remote locations may take 5–9 business days.

08When is shipping free?

Eligible orders of ₹999 or more ship free after discounts. Any remote-zone or special charge appears before payment.

09Is Cash on Delivery available?

COD availability depends on your pincode and order value. If it is available, you will see it at checkout before placing the order.

10Can I pay by UPI?

Available payment methods are shown securely at checkout. UPI should appear for eligible Indian orders when enabled by our payment provider.

11Do you make party packs or bulk orders?

Yes—birthdays, office snack attacks, wedding favours, and retail shelves are welcome. Email stockists@fatso.co.in with quantity, date, city, and flavour wish list.

12Can I return food?

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for food. We will sort verified wrong, missing, damaged, contaminated, expired, or carrier-lost items under our Refund & Returns Policy.
