1. Pre-Dispatch Window
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
Because we process orders quickly, we recommend requesting a cancellation within 4 hours of placing the order.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel, immediately reply to your order confirmation email or contact support@fatso.co.in with your Order ID.
3. Post-Dispatch
Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners and an AWB tracking number is generated, it cannot be cancelled.
In such cases, you may reject the delivery, but shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
4. Cancellation Refunds
Pre-dispatch cancellations will be refunded in full.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
