Products and allergens
Images are styled to show products clearly; colour and appearance may vary slightly by screen or batch. Always read the label delivered with your pack before eating.
- Ingredient, allergen, weight, nutrition, and shelf-life information is shown for convenience and may be updated.
- Products may be made or packed where common allergens are handled.
- If you have a severe allergy, contact us before ordering and do not rely on website filters alone.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before payment. An order is accepted only after payment confirmation and our order confirmation; we may cancel and refund unavailable, mispriced, suspicious, or undeliverable orders.
Offers and bundles
Discounts apply only during their stated period and may have minimum spends, product exclusions, and one-use limits. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined unless we say so.
Delivery, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates and may shift for weather, public holidays, address issues, or carrier disruption.
Intellectual property
FatSo names, logos, packaging, artwork, product photos, copy, and site design belong to FatSo or our licensors. Personal browsing and shopping are welcome; commercial reuse needs written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, FatSo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a product order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over FatSo’s registered office will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer law. Email hello@fatso.co.in before filing a dispute so we can try to sort the sticky bit.
